How To Reset Your Login Username or Password

Created by Adam Curran, Modified on Tue, 24 Sep at 11:34 AM by Adam Curran

When coming to the Arena home page to log in, click on the button towards the bottom of the page labeled "You are not logged in. Click here to log in."

Once on the login page, you can reset:

1. Login ID (Username) with the "Forgot Login ID?" button. Use this button if you remember your password, but not your username. Or if you would like to retrieve your username for the password retrieval process.

Note: Your username will often be the first letter of your first name and your last name. Example, someone's name is Robert Johnson so their username is RJohnson.

2. Password with the "Forgot Password?" button. Use this button if you know your Login ID but not your password.

PLEASE NOTE: Both reset actions will require the email address that is associated with your original Arena account. If you are unsure of which email is associated with your account, please submit a ticket request and we can send that information to you.

Forgot Login ID?

Using the reset Login ID button will request an email address. Type in the email address that is associated with your Arena account and click the Submit button.

You will receive an email shortly giving you your Login ID (Username). You can then click the Continue button to be brought back to the Login page and use the given Login ID.

Forgot Password?

Using the reset password button will request an email address and your Login ID. Type in the email address that is associated with your Arena account, and the Login ID (Username) for your account and click the Submit button.

You will receive an email shortly giving you your Login ID and a temporary password to use the next time you log in.

PLEASE NOTE: Passwords in Arena are Case Sensitive, meaning capital and lowercase letters matter.

Next, go back to the login page in Arena and type in the Login ID and Password exactly how it is listed in your reset email.

After clicking sign in, you will then be prompted to change your password to something new. Type in your new password twice and click Change Password to confirm the change. Passwords are case-sensitive, so any capitalization you use will matter. Keep the password somewhere secure and accessible, as this password will remain the same any time you log in to Arena.

After you confirm the change, your password is set! You'll be logged in and you can use your LogIn ID and new Password whenever you log in to Arena.
